Ethical Standards

 
RhinoScope adheres to the principles of publication ethics and follows internationally recognised guidelines, including those of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Authors are required to ensure that:
  • all submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere
  • studies involving human participants comply with the Declaration of Helsinki and its amendments
  • appropriate ethics committee approval has been obtained where required
  • informed consent has been obtained from all participants
  • patient confidentiality is protected
All authors must disclose any conflicts of interest and sources of funding.

The journal reserves the right to use plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism or unethical practices will be rejected.
